Yesterday we were quite disappointed by the service and the management (?) of this restaurant. I don&#39;t mind having a waitress, who is new and learning, but when you pay quite a lot for a sushi meal, you expect a bit of the high end, friendly service that we have been used to at this chain. Small things: no napkins - came when we asked second time, no hot, steaming towels for our table, table greasy with soy sauce, old plate with food leftover at the bar desk stood there when we came - and still when we left 2 hours later. Food was just fine, but overall a disappointing visit.
